Renting the Condo:

Put your dates together and send me an e-mail at janedrinkwalter@gmail.com and I’ll let you know right away about availability. During holidays, cancellations are contingent on re-booking the unit. Cancellation fee is $150.00.

Additional linens can be requested and will be delivered. 

Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club rules and the fine print:

1. •K-94 is a “no pet” unit.
   

2. •My condo is non-smoking.
   

3. •Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children.
   

4. •Hot tub/spa - due to the possibility of accident or injury, Landlord, Owner and Agent prohibit children under the age of 18 from using the hot tubs. Tenants and our guests acknowledge the use of hot tubs is at their own risk of injury and damage from chemicals used to keep hot tubs sanitary.
   

5. •Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
   

6. •Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
   

7. •If there are any damages when the housekeeper cleans after you are gone, there can be extra charges. Please let me know if anything breaks or is damaged so I can have it fixed or replaced. And if you think there is some item that would improve your next experience, let me know.
